Xatarlarni boshqarish
Ko'rib chiqilishi kerak bo'lgan xavflarning 3 turi mavjud:
Asosiy xavf shundaki, maktab direktori o'zini (qolganlari esa uni qabul qiladi) maktab madaniyatini shakllantirish va amalga oshirish uchun yagona mas'ul shaxs sifatida qabul qiladi. Bu umumiy mas'uliyat bo'lishi kerak.
Ikkinchi xavf — bu shakllangan madaniyatni o'zgarmas bo'lishi kerak deb hisoblash. Aslida u ehtiyojlarga qarab doimiy ravishda o'zgarib turadi.
Uchinchi xavf-maktab madaniyati kamdan-kam hollarda har tomonlama ma'qullanadi. Maktab madaniyatiga tahdid solmasligi uchun yashirincha yoki aniq qabul qilmaydigan odamlarning fikrlarini hisobga olish kerak.
Xulosa
Maktab madaniyati uning a'zolarining bir-biriga nisbatan o'zini qanday tutishini belgilaydi va aks ettiradi. Maktab jamoasining barcha a'zolari, ayniqsa boshqaruv, barcha o'quvchilarga hurmat muhitini yaratish va ta'lim makonini rivojlantirish uchun ularga bog'liq bo'lgan hamma masalalarni qilishlari kerak.
