The Board of Directors of the South Page Community School District met in a special session on December 3, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at Godfathers Pizza in Shenandoah, Iowa.

CALL TO ORDER – ROLL CALL

Vice - President Chris Drennen called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. Roll call: Ron Peterman absent, Chris Drennen, Jacquelyn Autry and Darin McClarnon present. Also present were Superintendent Gregg Cruickshank, Board Secretary Sherri Ruzek and Sidney Board members Heidi Lowthorp, Erika, Graham, Brad Johnson, and Larry Holt.

AGENDA

J. Autry made a motion to approve the agenda. D. McClarnon second. Motion carried 3-0.

SHARED PERSONNEL EVALUATION AND CONTRACT DISCUSSION

D. McClarnon made a motion to go into closed session at 7:03 p.m. pursuant to Iowa Code 21.5(1)(a). J. Autry second. Motion carried 3-0.

Sidney Board member Holt left the meeting at 7:32 p.m.
The South Page Board moved to open session by consensus at 7:41 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT

D. McClarnon made a motion to adjourn. J. Autry second. Motion carried 3 – 0.

All information shared in the closed session as it pertains to the shared superintendent agreement will be posted on the district website, distributed via district email lists, and will be included as part of the agenda for the regular December 8, 2014 board meeting.
