3. **Logistics and Inventory Management:** The centralized logistics system through average warehouses optimizes transportation management and inventory collaboration, expediting product delivery and simplifying the system.
4. **Local Partnerships:** IKEA pays attention to collaboration among its own customers in the production and distribution of products. This contributes to reducing transportation costs and enhancing production efficiency, thereby lowering prices.
5. **Customer Services:** IKEA is committed to providing excellent services to its customers. Directing towards the right direction, swift delivery on online platforms, and product return services contribute to customer convenience.
