At the same time, the Issuer considers necessary to note that the Bank of Russia 07.12.2016 the state
registration of the additional issue of 40,429,000,000 ordinary shares placement method: public offering. Additional
securities issue was assigned state registration number: 1-01-55038-E-042D.
As at the date of the reporting quarter the Issuer did not carry out the placement of additional shares, the
change of the authorized capital in the quarter did not occur.
