Remuneration  shall  be  paid  to  the  members  of  the  Audit  Committee  under  the  Board  of  Directors  in 
accordance  with  the  Regulations  on  Payment  of  Remuneration  to  Members  of  PJSC  RusHydro  Board  of 
Directors of June 26, 2015 (Minutes No. 13 of June 26, 2015). The amount of remuneration to be paid to a 
member  of  the  Board  of  Directors  shall  increase  in  relation  to  his/her  remuneration  as  a  member  of  the 
Board  of  Directors,  if  a  member  of  the  Board  of  Directors  is  the  Chairman  of  the  Board  of  Directors’ 
Committee (20 per cent), a member of the Board of Directors’ Committee (10 per cent). The total amount of 
remuneration  taking  into  account  bonuses  established  by  the  Regulations  may  not  exceed  RUB 1,000,000 
(one million). 
Remuneration shall not be accrued and paid to the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors being 
(during the full or partial term of powers of a member of the Board of Directors) persons in respect of whom 
the restriction or prohibition on the receipt of any payments from commercial organizations is imposed by the 
legislation of the Russian Federation.
