1.  Send your application by email or post. Your application will be acknowledged by email – we may need to 

ask you to make changes if you’ve missed anything out! 

2.  Once confirmed as complete and payment made, processing will start 

3.  Once your application is complete , our colleagues at CIEE in the USA will contact your US Employer to 

confirm the details of your position.  

4.  Once approved, documents will be sent to the UK to allow you to book and attend the embassy interview – 

appointments are subject to embassy availability and payment of $160 is required at time of booking. 

5.  We recommend not booking flights until after you have your visa – if you do not wish to be contacted by our
