Uluslararası Geçmişten Günümüze Sinop’ta Türk-İslam Kültürü Sempozyumu / 5-7 Ekim 2018 177 OSMANLI ŞEHİR PROTOTİPİ BAĞLAMINDA SİNOP Fatih AMAN * Öz İnterdisipliner bir alana gönderme yapan ve nihai tanımı olmayan şehrin değişik açılardan üze- rinde durulmuştur. Onu bir prototip olarak ele alan ilk isim Max Weber’dir. Şehir ayrıca din, diyalektik, iktisat, coğrafya ve doğal süreç merkezli olarak da ele alınmıştır ve sonuçta tüm şehirler için alt unsurları da içeren ortak noktalar belirlenmiştir. Bu noktalar ekolojik çevre, fiziki yapılanma ve nüfustur. Şehirlerdeki üç temel unsuru göz ardı etmeden “Osmanlı şehir prototipi olarak Sinop’u” genel olarak ele almak bu tebliğin amacıdır. Bu anlamda ilk başlıkta genel olarak Osmanlı şehri üzerine bilgi verilecektir. İkinci başlıktaysa Sinop bu prototip bağlamında ele alınacaktır. Ancak belirtmek gerekir ki tarihsel olarak dönemler halinde İslam-Osmanlı şehir- ciliğinin aşamalarını irdelemek, Sinop’ta kültürel, gündelik, ekonomik, dini ve ilmi hayatı süreç merkezli ele almak, etnik ve dini yapıyı ayrıntılarıyla incelemek çalışmanın sınırlılıklarını aşmak- tadır. These points are the ecological environment, physical structure and population. In this context, it is the main aim of this article to contribute by taking the "Sinop as Ottoman city prototype" in general without ignoring the three basic elements in the cities. In this sense, information on the Ottoman city will be given in the first chapter. In the second chapter, Sinop will be deal with in the context of this prototype. However, it should be pointed out that examining the phases of Islamic-Ottoman urbanism in historical periods, examining ethnicity and religion in detail in terms of cultural, everyday, economic, religious and scientific life process in Sinop is overcoming the limitations of the study. Uluslararası Geçmişten Günümüze Sinop’ta Türk-İslam Kültürü Sempozyumu / 5-7 Ekim 2018 179 SABAHATTİN ALİ’DE MAHKÛMİYET DUYGUSU VE SİNOP CEZAEVİ Kelime ERDAL * Öz Baba tarafından Oflu bir aileye mensup olan Sabahattin Ali, bir subay olan Selahattin Ali ile ev hanımı Hüsniye Hanım’ın çocuğudur. 1907 yılında Bulgaristan Gümülcine’de doğan Sabahattin Ali, babasının görevleri nedeniyle eğitimini çeşitli ilerde gittiği okullarda tamamlar. 1927’de İstanbul Muallim Mektebi’nden mezun olur. Bir süre öğretmenlik yaptıktan sonra dil öğrenmek için Almanya’ya giden Sabahattin Ali, orada Batı edebiyatını tanır, şiir ve öyküler yazar. Yurda döndüğünde, Aydın Ortaokulu Almanca öğretmenliğine atanır. Komünizm propagandası yaptığı suçlamasıyla yargılanır ve üç ay tutuklu kalır. 1931’de Konya Ortaokuluna atanır. Bir toplantıda okuduğu iddia edilen hicviye yüzünden tutuklanır ve on dört ay cezaya çarptırılır. 1932’de tutuk- lanarak Konya Hapishanesine konur. 12 Mayıs 1933’te Sinop Hapishanesine gönderilen Sabahat- tin Ali, 29 Ekim 1933’te Cumhuriyetin 10. yılı için ilan edilen aftan yararlanarak serbest kalır. Sabahattin Ali, eserlerinde yer verdiği hapishane ve mahkûmlarla ilgili konuları genellikle gözlem ve deneyimleri sonucunda oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada, Sabahattin Ali’nin özellikle şiir ve mek- tuplarına yansıyan mahkûmiyet duygusu ve Sinop Cezaevi izlenimleri incelemiştir. Born in 1907 in Gümülcine, Bulgaria, Sabahattin Ali completes his education due to his father’s duties in various schools. He graduated from Is- tanbul Muallim Mektebi in 1927. Sabahattin Ali who goes to Germany to learn languages after he has taught for a while teaches western literature there, writes poems and stories. When he returns to his native country, he is appointed as a German Teacher in Aydın Middle School. He is arrested for the alleged indecent assault he has read at a meeting, and is sentenced to fourteen months. Arrested in 1932 and placed in Konya Prison. Sabahattin Ali, who was sent to Sinop Prison on May 12, 1933, is released on October 29, 1933 by taking advantage of the publicity announced for the 10th year of the Republic. Sabahattin Ali has often created issues about prisons and prisoners in his works as a result of his observations and experiences.
