Do you “have to” or do you

Do you have many things in your life that you “should” or “have to”
do, but never do? How many “shoulds” do you have in your life?
Should
you exercise more, go to the gym more,
stop smoking, eat
healthier, and spend more time with your family?
Those “shoulds” don’t help you to get anywhere;
they only imply
that you are not good enough and just drain your energy, because
they come with a bad conscience and self-torture. “Why am I not
going to the gym? I’m so bad! I will never lose weight” and so on and

goal since last year and haven’t done anything about it, then you are
better off forgetting about it. If your goal is going to the gym and you
didn’t go for a year, let it go. With the goal, you also let go of the bad
conscience and the self-punishment for not accomplishing it. Throw
out all your “shoulds” and set some new goals!
Stop doing things that you “have to” do and instead,
