is a sympathetically restored farmhouse with
private swimming pool situated about 3km NorthWest of Loulé in
a rural setting amongst olive, fig, almond and carob trees. With
the town and all its amenities including shops, restaurants, banks
and a daily market 5 minutes drive away a car is essential. Casa
Martin is an excellent base for touring as far away as Lisbon and
Seville with most of the highlights of the Algarve within an hours
drive with any number of beautiful beaches, golf courses and
lively coastal resorts within 20 minutes. Faro International Airport
is a 30 minute drive.

CCOMMODATION
:- The kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel fridge freezer, gas cooker with grill and
microwave is located with the dining room across the covered terrace from the main part of the house
which has 1 double & 1 twin bedded room. There is a large tiled shower room. The lounge with
comfortable leather suite has well stocked bookshelves, a radio/cassette/CD player and a large feature
fireplace which is especially welcome in the cooler evenings in low season (logs supplied) although all
rooms also have electric radiators.

UTDOORS
:- There is a large built-in barbecue with a tiled dining
table and benches on a traditionally cobbled patio. In front of the
house there is a shady covered terrace with outdoor furniture and
there are four comfortable loungers for use around the sunny 5m
x 5m pool. The pots and flower beds around the house are
planted with bougainvillaea, hibiscus, strelitza etc.

ANAGEMENT
:- Maid service is provided by Eugenia five days a
week (Portuguese bank holidays excepted). The house is man-
aged and maintained to a high standard by an English manager
who is a long time Algarve resident and the pool is attended to
weekly.

RRIVAL
:- The house is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day
of departure. A Welcome Pack of food, drink and household essentials is provided. Guests special
requirements can often be accommodated by prior arrangement. Bed linen and bathroom towels are
provided and changed weekly but guests must provide their own beach towels for outdoor use. Personal
laundry can be arranged but must be paid for locally at the time.

:- may be made by telephone (evenings are best) or email. Written confirmation
is required, together with a non-refundable deposit of 20% or £100 whichever is greater, within seven
days. The balance, together with £100 breakage deposit is due six weeks before departure.
