Re: Notice of Non-Emergency Service Interruption
Dear Michael:
In accordance with Section 17.3(c) of the FERC Gas Tariff, please be advised that Duke Energy, on behalf of KO Transmission, will be conducting a non-emergency interruption of service beginning on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 and on Thursday, October 5, 2017, each for an estimated duration of twenty-four (24) hours, for maintenance on the line. The service interruption will be in the form of a reduction in line pressure from 405 psig to 350 psig.
While we do not anticipate further action, in the event that flows on the line result in a reduction in pressure of an additional 100 psig, Duke Energy will contact you at Carmeuse (cell- 419-307-2881) for immediate shutdown of the line until a pressure-loss diagnosis is complete.
Please feel free to contact us if you should have questions or comments regarding this notification.
Thank you,
Kelly Little
