Abstract:
This article
is a valuable resource
for monitoring the effectiveness of TIMSS as an
assessment system
for mathematics and science
literacy through the international program TIMSS,
because science, technology,
engineering, and
mathematics curricula, often referred to as STEM,
are the main areas of the curriculum. includes. It is
clear that many professions still require a basic
understanding of
mathematics and science today,
and will do so even more so in the future.
Mathematics and natural-scientific knowledge are
also the basis of everyday life.
Natural sciences are
about the natural world,
including weather, land
and water, food and fuel sources. Physical literacy
helps us in our daily tasks and is important in the
development of necessary technologies such as
computers, smartphones and televisions.
