SHORT-TERM AGREEMENT 
This agreement entered into on 01
st
October 2022 between InterContinental Maldives Maamunagau Resort, and 
Zoir Ibragimov
, Hereinafter referred to as the 
“
Seasonal Commis
” 
of the other part.
Whereas the company carries on business as a hotelier and manages a hotel of a very high standard; and whereas 
“
Zoir Ibragimov
” 
is holding out as being able to provide excellent Culinary service and company desirous of 
engaging the 
“
Seasonal Commis
” 
upon the terms and conditions stipulated in the agreement.
1.
 
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT
The company hereby engages the 
“Seasonal 
Commis
” 
and the 
“Seasonal 
Commis
” 
agrees to accept such 
engagement to render the services for six (6) months commencing on or around 01
st
October 2022.
2.
 
WORKING HOURS /WORKING DAYS
The 
“Seasonal 
Commis
” 
working schedule shall be Eight (8) hours, Six (06) days a week; one (01) weekly OFF day 
shall be given.
3.
 
REMUNERATION
The company agrees to pay the 
“Seasonal 
Commis
” 
and the latter agrees to accept as full payment compensation 
for all services stipulated in the agreement payment of net USD 350.00 (United States Dollars Three Hundred 
Fifty Only) which will be paid in cash. You will be entitled to receive monthly service charge as well as the 
minimum wage allowance which will be deposited to your designated bank account. The Company will not be 
responsible for the payment of local Maldives income taxes.
