The Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families supports distressed children and their families through innovative therapeutic practice and research, training and promoting awareness of mental health issues.

We are looking for a Regional Improvement Support Officer to join the Child Outcomes Research Consortium (CORC). CORC (www.corc.uk.net) is the UK’s leading membership organisation that collects and uses evidence to improve children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing. CORC has over sixty member organisations and an extensive Network spanning schools, voluntary and statutory service providers, local authorities, and professional bodies across the UK and beyond.
CORC’s regional officers are based across the UK, and support the development of quality, outcome-focussed mental health and wellbeing support, and the collection and use of outcome data. The team work with CORC members, partners and other stakeholders, supporting staff and service development, leading projects and facilitating cross sector working

Income generation through grant applications, consultancy and outreach to potential members is also a key part of the role.

We are looking for a proactive, motivated individual – data competent, with experience of quality improvement and with an understanding of and commitment to all that CORC stands for. You may have an NHS or mental health provision background, work in social care, a local authority or schools, or you may come from another field entirely.

We are offering a fixed contract, available full time or part time. We will consider secondments. The post-holder may work from home or be based in our London offices at the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families, 12 Maresfield Gardens, NW3 5SU and 1st Floor, Jordan House, 47 Brunswick Place, N1 6EB.
