ABSTRACT
Elsavar Asadov
THE QUALITY INDEX OF PROPOLIS
BY BEE FAMILIES AT THE
SOME PARTS OF AZERBAIJAN
The amount of phenolic compounds, antioxidant value and radical cleaning ability has been
fixed at the researchs which getting propolis samples from different regions of Azerbaijan. These
are considered one of the main indicators in determining the quality of propolis. It has been
identified the changing of the amount of phenolic substances between 10,936-79,232 mg
GAE/g
propolis at the investegated propolis samples. As a result of the statistical analysis it was identified
the creating statistical extensive differences of the phenol amount of propolis sample of 15 pieces.
It was calculated to be approximately 10-fold difference between the most highly valued and the
lowest value propolises. And this prove the showing changes related to the side flora of collected
chemical composition of propolis samples.
