The Carrier, in accordance with the provision contained in this document: a) undertakes to perform or to procure the performance of the entire transport from the place at which the goods are taken in charge to the place designated for delivery in this document, and b) weight, measure, quality, contents and value, if mentioned in this bill of lading is to be considered unknown unless the contrary has been expressly acknowledged and agreed to. The signature on this bill of lading is not to be considered an agreement. One of the Bs/L must be surrendered duly endorsed in exchange for the goods or delivery order. In WITNESS whereof number of original B/L, all of this tenor and date have been signed as stated above, one of which being accomplished the others to be void.
