    Socio-cultural: -to raise awareness of other cultures, teaching to respect them

    Learning outcomes: At the end of the lesson pupils will be able to talk about time budget; create own timme budget, postive sides of time managemet

    Procedure of the lesson:

    1. Organizing moment: - Greeting.

    • Checking register

    • Check for homework given on past lesson. Ask pupils all new words learnt on previous lesson.

    Activity 5 Explain your pupils that they read the story and give a suitable title.

    Activity 6 Ask your pupils to answer the following questions.

      1. What are the meanings of the words – jar, rock, pebble and sand in the text?

      2. How do you feel about the story?

      3. What are the differences between a classmate and a colleague?

    Activity 7 Write about what will be important in your future profession.
    e.g. I think the relationship between people is very important in my future profession. I’ll be in contact with a lot of people every day. I’m going to be a fl ight attendant. A dress code is also very important in my future profession. I have to make a good impression on passengers by wearing neat and tidy uniforms.

    Activity 8 Explain your pupils that they have to circle the numbers that best describe you. Now add up the numbers that you have circled.
    The higher the total, the more you need to work on time management skills.
