It is also explained that the content of the concept of "development of professional motivation", the general structure of professional motivation, the system of basic and special componenc, the pedagogical and psychological aspecc of the formation of professional motivation of future teachers-pedagogues, the didactic support of the technology of professional motivation formation has been improved and based.
Approval of scientific works: 3 articles, 5 theses of scientific works were discussed at international and national scientific conferences.
The structure of the dissertation consists of an introduction, three chapters, 9 paragraphs, general conclusions and references.
