1. The purpose of science is to provide students with innovative ideas that are formed in the process of strategic development and labor relations in the "digital economy", characteristics of the labor market, virtual work employment and remote work, unstable forms of employment and other methods, each to become an entrepreneur of one family, to end forced labor in the country, to work incentive, motivation and wages, such as "smart economy ", "consumer basket ", "decent work" is to teach the most modern concepts and principles and to develop the skills to apply them in practice.
1.1. Tasks of science:
students should have a deep understanding of theoretical knowledge about labor, the nature and formation of the labor market, supply and demand for labor resources, labor potential, theoretical bases of human capital and human development, employment of the population, its main types and forms unemployment, incentive to work, organization of payment, pension provision, its models and characteristics.
