Student independent work (SIW)
These forms of independent work are not given any instruction or evaluation by the teacher, but the student himself performs them based on his interests. It should be noted that these types of TMIs are not evaluated. The following forms of SIW are used in teaching science:

  1. Research . Students independently search for information on the Internet and other sources and study handouts. It is advisable to spend at least 2 hours on each lecture.

  2. FAQ (frequently asked questions forum). The student turns to the advice system (glossary) or to the teacher on the distance learning platform for advice on his problem. The time spent on this process is recorded on the distance learning platform.

  3. Test. The student works 20 tests posted on the distance learning platform to strengthen his knowledge on the given topic. The time spent on this process is recorded on the distance learning platform.

COURSE WORK GUIDELINES
The course work is performed according to the methodical instruction on the completion of the course work on a separate topic given to each student.


4. Educational results / Professional competencies
The student should know:
- organization of labor processes; state employment policy; theoretical foundations of population employment; the laws of the formation and development of the labor market; methods of regulating employment of the population; labor potential and its formation; to have an idea about the balance of labor resources and its structural structure;
- labor market analysis and perspective methodology; methods of measuring labor productivity and their field of application; standard of living of the population, incomes and ways of their regulation by the state; organization of labor payment systems in the context of modernization of the economy; the system of social protection of the population; know and be able to use labor management in the system of market relations;
- analyzing the current labor market and drawing conclusions based on statistical data on supply and demand in the labor market; on the basis of statistical data, to determine the reasons for the population's commitment to work, measures to prevent it and ways to reduce it; perspective of labor supply and demand; should have the skills to draw conclusions based on sociological research of the labor market.
EVALUATION OF STUDENTS' KNOWLEDGE
Midterm controls. 2 times MC is provided for science. A total of 50 (passing points for each type of training is 30) points.

  • 1-Intermediate control maximum 20 points. The lecture is conducted in oral form. Passing the 1st intermediate control is 12 points.

  • 2-Intermediate control maximum 30 points. The presentation project from the lecture session is a maximum of 15 (pass 9) points, from the practical session Homework Problems (standardized homework), General Analysis and Design Problems (standardized main problems and target tasks) is a maximum of 15 (pass 9 score) score.
