Ⅵ Confidentiality obligations
• Party A shall not disclose the technology& information obtained from the business to any third party without the consent of Party B.
Ⅶ. Breach of Contract
• Disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by both parties through friendly negotiation.
• If the negotiation fails, the dispute shall be settled by the court with jurisdiction in the place where Party B is located.
• This Agreement is made in four copies, with each party holding two copies. The Agreement shall take effect immediately after being signed and sealed by both parties. The Agreement shall be annulled upon completion of the performance of the service contents hereof.
