It is written in the above text that the most valuable resource for the company is people. Because each person or group is a source of new talent, ideas or benefits to this company. The text says that the main goal of many young European organizations is to develop people, and they start with their employees first, and then with volunteers and others. They develop people's knowledge and skills in a certain field or direction. Because they know that these people will bring benefit to company in the future. Each person has a unique set of competencies which can


be applied in different ways and in different situations
Task 1
“What makes a good salesperson?”
1)  Practicing Active Listening
Often sellers talk too much and don't hear what buyers want. If you want to be a good seller, you must first learn what the buyer wants
2) Understanding The Product
Understand your product and the value it creates. Trying to sell a product that isn't what the client already wants (or would want if they knew it existed) is challenging. 



3) Having Excellent Interpersonal Skills
A successful salesperson will have excellent interpersonal skills and focus on building authentic connections with their customers
4) Asking Great Questions
Good salespeople—the very best—ask great questions. They can follow a question path that gets to the root of what's important to the prospective customer.

5)Putting Yourself In Their Shoes
The ability to put themselves in the shoes of the customer is key for any great salesperson.

6) Being Honest With Clients
Honesty is key. If a salesperson is honest with his client, there is a high likelihood of closing a deal and creating a long-term relationship for future deals. 
7) Being Optimistic



8) Being Likeable And Trustworthy
A key trait is definitely likeability. If someone likes you they are more likely to trust you which puts you in the power position from a sales perspective. 

Task3 What is public limited company?


A public limited company is a business that is managed by directors and owned by shareholders. A public limited company can offer shares to the public. There are also other obligations that a PLC must meet due to being public, including further admin regarding tax, and making their financial reports public so would-be shareholders have all the information they need before investing. A public limited company is also listed on the stock market and essentially needs to be more open and public about its details than a private company.
