Emphasis of matter Without modifying our opinion on the fairness of the financial statements we draw attention to Note 3.1.2 Long-term investments (balance sheet line 1170) to the financial statements which describes the reasons for non-revaluation of quoted financial investments in shares of PAO RAO ES of East, PAO Yakutskenergo and PAO Far East Energy Company at their current market values. As of 31 December 2016 the amount of unrecognised decrease in the market value as compared to the carrying value of these investments is RUB 6,614 million, as of 31 December 2015 – RUB 5,047 million.
