2.
SHARING OF INFORMATION BETWEEN GOVERNMENT AGENCIES
2.1
The Tenderer authorises RMS to make information about the Tenderer's performance and
claims record (both past, present and future) available to other NSW Government agencies or
departments.
2.2
The Tenderer releases RMS and all other agents of the Crown in right of the State of New
South Wales from claims and actions which the Tenderer or a person claiming on the
Tenderer's behalf may otherwise be entitled to make in connection with the sharing of the
information.
