Abstract
Problem-based learning is one of the effective and useful methods. This method focuses on finding possible solutions to the issues. Highlighted and positive side of this method is suitable for everyone, people can use from this method in any sphere. Problem-based learning is students' opportunities to engage with complexity and help them both to see ambiguity and learn to manage the ambiguities that prevail in higher education and then to implement it in professional life. Thus , higher education institutions were chosen for observation. The number of teachers among private and public universities were given a survey, in which they needed to rate the most useful methods of problem-based learning in their lessons. All surveys were collected online, and results were analyzed. As a result the research shows that role-playing exercises methods and games are effective in problem-based learning students to learn English. Teachers can enhance their work by recognising and improving students' performance, which in turn boosts their knowledge, inspiration and attitude towards learning. In medicine, the PBL approach was initiated by MC Master University in 1969 in Canada , leaving aside the traditional methodology. Problem-based learning has been deeply learnt and stemmed by Barrows and Tamblyn in 1980s experts engaged in clinical reasoning, resulting things.

The Analysis of Problem-Based Learning for Adult Learners in Higher Institutions
Introduction
Problem-based learning is a student-centereed approach that this method engages students in intriguing, real and relevant intellectual inquiry and allows them to learn from these life situations (Barell, 2007). This method is drives the motivation and improves analytic , thinking skills and also strengthens the relationship between the teacher and students , additionally makes them closer to each other. In 1970s , there was a high interest in improving problem- based learning in medical world among students according to Barrow's and Tamblyn's model. Problem- solving skill is significantly developed by Barrow's and Tamblyn's works . Place of problem- based learning technique in medicine indicates that it is worthy of special attention and effective method . This method brings the student and the teacher closer to each other, strengthens the relationship. According to Harland's beliefs (2002) that students learn new skills and new ways of thinking through PBL. There so many positive sides of PBL deeply and beautifully described by Williams et al (2003) suggest that students appreciate the active participation in the PBL learning process. This will enhance their personal growth and increase their confidence and responsibility as learner. PBL also encourages collaborative learning among students. For this place , as an example given one university , which this international university with students from different linguistic backgrounds, the PBL approach would also enable students to acquire intercultural communication skills as they work with other students from different cultural backgrounds.Success of a PBL program largely depends on the quality of the tutor (Barrows, 1988) and on the commensurability of the task with the type and amount of scaffolds (Hmelo-Silver, et al., 2006).
