Glossary
Microorganism
is an eye-catching, the smallest living creature, which can only be 
seen under special equipment-microscopes. 
Species
-these are microorganisms that have a general genotype, have similar 
morphology, physiology and other characteristics, apply the same processes under 
certain conditions 
Shtamma
-has a short meaning in relation to the species, belongs to one species, is 
used in relation to microorganisms, which differ in their properties-ammonium. 
Produtsent
-organisms capable of producing organic substances from inorganic 
substances, that is, autotrophs. 
Sublimation
is the transfer of a substance from a solid to a gas when it is not in a 
liquid state. 
Gene
-the elemental unit and material basis of heredity. Gene organism performs 
the function of transferring signs and properties from generation to generation. 
Toxin 
is a biological poison. 
Photoautotrophs
- they use CO2 as a source of light and uglerod as a source of 
energy. This category includes photosynthetic bacteria. Photogeterotrophs are 
microorganisms that use organic substances as light and nutrients as a source of 
energy. These include bacteria of green and orange color. Chemoavtotrophs use 
CO2 as a source of chemical energy and uglerod. 
Chemogeterotrophs-
a source of chemical energy and consume organic substances 
as the main source of uglerod. Psychrophils are organisms that usually exist and 
have multiples in relatively low temperatures (usually no higher than 10C). 
Mesophils are a species that lives in the middle of a scale of certain environmental 
factors, it loses at least the temperature of moisture, the amount of nutrients. 
Thermophilergonisms
— (from Greek means θέρμη — hot and φιλέω - love) - 
thermophilic microorganisms are microorganisms that live at a temperature higher 
than 45 C temperature.
