Statement of FaithThis church accepts the Holy Scripture, in its entirety, as the revealed will of God, the all-sufficient rule of faith and practice; and for the purpose of maintaining general unity adopts the following Declaration of Faith, and statement of Fundamental Truths: WE BELIEVE: 1. The Bible in its entirety to be the inspired, inerrant and infallible Word of God; It is without mistakes, errors, contradictions or corruptions. 2. In the One God eternally existing in Three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost; 3. That Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God, conceived of the Holy Ghost and born of the Virgin Mary, His crucifixion, burial, and bodily resurrection on the third day, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, making intercession for us; the blessed hope of His personal visible future return to this earth to receive to Himself, His blood bought church, that she may be with Him forever. 4. That all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ. 5. That the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provided healing for the human body to whosoever believes 6. That justification, regeneration, and the new birth are wrought by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ 7. In sanctification subsequent to the new birth, through faith in the blood of Christ; through the Word, and by the Holy Ghost. 8. That Holiness is God’s standard of living for His people. 9. In the Baptism of the Holy Ghost subsequent to new birth in Christ. As the indwelling of the Holy Spirit gives the believer the enablement to live a Holy Life. 10. In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation. 11. In the premillenial second coming of Jesus Christ, First, to resurrect the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to Him in the air. Secondly, to reign on the earth a thousand years. 12. We believe in tithing, offerings and special offerings according to Proverbs 3:9-10; Malachi 3:8-12; 1 Cor. 16:1-2; and II Cor. 9:6-8).
What We BelieveWe Believe There Is One God… We believe there is only one living and true God, eternal, with unlimited power, creator of all things and that in the one God are three distinct Persons: The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. We Believe the Whole Bible Is Truth… We believe the Bible is the perfect and infallible Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit. We Believe That Jesus Christ Is The Only Way To Heaven… We believe that mankind's only hope of redemption is in Jesus Christ, the Son of God. We Believe We Are Saved by Grace Through Faith… We believe in salvation by grace through faith in the shed blood of Jesus Christ. We Believe Miracles Still Happen Today… We believe divine healing has been provided for all believers through the work of the cross, for by His stripes we are healed. We Believe God Changes Lives… We believe that each person becomes a new creature in Christ when receiving the gift of salvation, and that all are called to have their minds renewed and walk in the newness of life empowered by Jesus Christ. We Believe in Water Baptism… We believe in water baptism by immersion, in the Name of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and that it is a public witness and profession of faith in obedience to Christ. We Believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit... We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit and that all the gifts of the Spirit are active today. We believe this baptism empowers the believer for life-service and enables them to become a true witness of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. We Believe “The Lord’s Supper” Should Be Observed… We believe that communion is to celebrated to commemorate the Lord's death until He returns. We Believe the Church Is The Body Of Christ… We believe the church is the body of Christ made up of people who have received the atoning sacrifice of Jesus for the forgiveness of their sins. We Believe Every Child Of God Has A Purpose & Destiny… We believe every follower of Christ has been called to glorify God, and is called to use their giftings toward this purpose. We Believe Hell Is Real… We believe that hell is the place where Satan, his demons, and all those who do not receive the forgiveness of their sins by accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior will spend eternity. We Believe Jesus Christ Is Coming To The Earth Again… We believe that the Lord Himself will descend from Heaven and gather all born-again believers to Himself, and that there will also be a day of judgment when the unrighteous will go into everlasting punishment and the righteous into life eternal with God.
