Agreement on the Collection and Usage of Personal Information
AdAsia 2023 Seoul Organizing Committee seeks for your consent in accordance with Article 15 and Article 22 of the Personal Information Protection Act of South Korea to ensure the smooth progress of the contest.
1. Purpose of collecting/using personal information: Evaluating and awarding contest entries
2. Items of personal information to be collected/used: Same as the above application form
3. Retention and use period of personal information: From the time the application is received to the end of the contest.
The collected personal information will be discarded after the retention period.
Personal information will not be used or provided to third parties other than to participate in the contest and select entries.
*You have the right to refuse to consent to the Agreement on the Collection and Usage of Personal Information as described above.
However, if you do not consent to the agreement, your participation at AYCA award may be restricted.
