info@vktour.com Website: http://www.vktour.com Cuc Phuong National Park one day Located 130km south of Hanoi in Ninh Binh province, Cuc Phuong National Park and the surrounding area make a perfect side trip from Hanoi. The Park is an important nature reserve and ecosystem with peaks of over 600 Meters and valleys of subtropical rainforest. The Park also has an important Endangered Primate Rescue Center and a Turtle Conservation Center. It is home to other rare and critically endangered mammals including species of leopards and tigers. There are at least 280 known species of butterflies, and bird watchers can marvel at more than 300 bird species. Itinerary 8.00am Depart from Hanoi by private vehicle to Cuc Phuong National Park . Visit the Endangered Primate Rescue Centre to learn about the important work being done to help protect the endangered species of the park. After lunch in the park restaurant, drive 20km to the center of the park and then take a 2- hour trek through the old rainforest. Drive back to Hanoi.
