HUSEYN JAVID’S CREATIVE WORK AND THE THEORETICAL
AND METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF THE SOVIET PRESS 
 
Summary
One of the researcher-scientists is Huseyn Javid who has contributions in 
researching of Azerbaijani literature. In those years there were a lot of articles 
dealing with H.Javid’s creative work. Though he was invited for writings on 
ideological principles he refused this proposal. In the 1920-40s literary process in 
the methodological and ideological relations were developing in accordance with the 
principles of socialist realism. Those years H.Javid was one of the authors who was 
accused for his writings by critics. The authors of such kind of articles mainly were 
critics M.Huseyn, A.Nazim, H.Zeynally, M.Gulyev and others. Idea is the source of 
literary and artistic creativity, as well as publicity, its major branch. The opinion of 
H.Javid profoundly reflects such problems as nationality, realism, ideology etc. The 
root of all these ideas represents the civil goal, the civil sense, briefly Azerbaijanism. 
The idea giving an impetus to creativity is a product of the ability of watching a 
professional.
