The Agency was created in accordance with the decree 
of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 
July 19, 2021 № PP-5188 with the following objectives:
to create more favorable conditions for the 
expansion of the network of creative and 
specialized schools
to strengthen their material and technical base
to further their activity in the fi eld of identifi cation, 
selection, training and improvement of the secon-
dary education system
OBJECTIVE
identify, select and educate young talented people 
with enhanced support
support and encourage young talented and gifted 
individuals
raise the level of work on the preparation and publi-
cation of textbooks and teaching and methodologi-
cal manuals to a qualitatively new level
create a special system of management and or-
ganization of the activities of secondary education 
institutions
MAIN FUNCTIONS
development of a single state policy in the fi eld of 
talented youth identifi cation, selection, training and 
education and its eff ective implementation;
coordination and methodological management of 
the activities of agency educational institutions in 
accordance with state educational standards;
introduction of advanced forms of education, peda-
gogical technologies and information innovations in 
the educational process;
formation of patriotism and love for the motherland, 
feelings of tolerance, respect for laws, national and 
universal values in students;
further increase the level of students’ spiritual, mor-
al, and physical development;
introduction of an advanced and transparent or-
ganizational and legal frameworks of selection, 
training, retraining and professional development 
of pedagogical personnel with the involvement of 
international organizations and experts
