Using the serial number from the magazine, select the appropriate case for yourself. Solve it, answer the questions. Link the answers together and form them into a summary. In conclusion, write your suggestions (If you were the leader (manager) of this company, what would you do, how would you solve this situation)?

CASE 1
CONFLICT
An engineer-inspector of architectural and construction control, L, worked in a workers' village. A new architect was appointed to the district. From the very first days of their joint activity, they did not get along. A conflict arose between them, which dragged on for two years. As a result, L. was relieved of her position, although she is a conscientious and knowledgeable worker.
Additional materials
1. From L.’s explanations “It started with little things: the architect settled in a separate office, took away the keys to the safe, forbade me to use the seal, the machine for inspecting objects, deprived me of any independence - the opportunity to attend meetings of the executive committee, at the reception of objects...” “He (the architect) teaches me everything. Even in small things. When I prepare a document signed by him and indicate: “district architect,” he boldly corrects: “district architect.” “Three orders are issued within one week: “Declare a severe reprimand with a final warning.”
2. Architect to L. “Don’t put your finger in your mouth. What do you know more than me?”; “And you shouldn’t know what we do”; “Do what I say and that’s it!”
