understand that to do so, the individual must be able to demonstrate that they meet the 
requirements of all the elements of the Standard.

Readers will have noted that the Standard does not specify what training, education, courses, 
certificates or degrees are required to meet the Standard. Nor does a Standard define what 
evidence an individual must be able to produce to demonstrate their competence in any 
element or the standard as a whole. These requirements and their assessment is picked up in
