Annex 6. Opinions of the international experts on the EQF Referencing Report of the Macedonian Qualifications Framework and Self-Certification to the QF-EHEA (EQF Criterion 7)

Ms. Eduarda Castel Branco – Employed in the ETF (EU Agency) since 2003, Eduarda Castel-Branco is involved in country-specific projects and in thematic operations (employment and qualifications). She managed ETF activities in countries of the Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood (notably: Georgia, Morocco), and in candidate countries (Republic of Macedonia). In this context she drafted a number of analytical reports and notes on education and training and employment policies / reforms (Georgia, Morocco and the Republic of Macedonia).

She coordinates activities of the experts’ network on skills anticipation and matching of the Eastern Partnership, which is part of the work programme of the Platform 2 of the Eastern Partnership.

She was a policy officer in DG EAC (European Commission). Since 2013 she is ETF representative in the AG EQF. She was a member of the ET2020 Working Group on Adult Learning (2014-2015).

In 2014-2015 her activities included support to the institutional setting of the Moroccan NQF and assistance to EQF Referencing of the Republic of Macedonia. She contributed to carry out the Inventory of Qualifications in the country and review the synthesis report, and facilitated workshops and technical meetings with stakeholders and experts.
