Divide the class into pairs. Students ask and answer 
questions about the area in which they live.

Students work in small groups and write a description of 
their town or the area of the city they live in.

yourself, pausing before the missing word. Students say the

). Students can do the exercise in pairs. 
They can either work together to name the shops and places, or
