Izar Luna~ek: K filozofiji ciklizma: In quo Tempore?
trenutka niti stalno zamaknjena v absolutno preteklost mitskega ~asa, ampak
neke izmi{ljene preteklosti.
izgubljeno psihofizi~no enotnostjo.
stika in zen-budizem.
Klju~ne besede: ciklizem, mitski ~as, imitacija, ponovitev, postmodernizem
Izar Luna~ek: Cyclic Philosophy: In quo Tempore
The paper deals with some aspects of archaic consciousness, arguing for its
actuality as a modern-day ethical stance. Regarding the structure of time in
cyclism, it argues against mythic consciousness as being either lost in the
eternal present or displaced in the absolute past of mythical time – rather, it
actively creates the holy in its own time by seemingly copying a past of its own
construction. The concept of the mask in its guise of »an external object war-
ranting personal individuality« is given due attention as a possible link to the
seemingly lost »psycho-physical unity« of the ancients. Against the traditional
view of cyclism as a tightly shut local sphere based on ignorance of an eternal
world beyond its limits, a conception of cyclism that allows for its processing
of ever new data is also argued for. The conclusion draws a parallel between
certain strategies of archaic consciousness and artistic postmodernism, while
the appendix deals with tell-tale differences between cyclism and other reli-
gions of the holy as ritually accessible in present time, namely Christian my-
sticism and Zen-Buddhism.
Key words: Cyclism, the time of myth, imitation, repetition, postmodernism

Cathrin Nielsen: O titani~nem. Vpra{anje bistva »razbrzdane
tehnike«
V tu zasnuti indiferenci in brezdistan~nosti
napravljanja do sebe samega naletimo na nedoma~no plat novove{kega pro-
metejskega samorazumevanja. Mislimo na titani~nost.
Prispevek pretresa – ob kriti~nem spoprijemu z metafizi~no shemo proizva-
janja: snov (hyle) in forma (morphe) – ontolo{ke in eksistencialne predpostavke
Eugen Fink.
Klju~ne besede: tehnika, produkcija, mitologija, Fink, fenomenologija
Cathrin Nielsen: On the Titanic. The Question of the Essence of
“Unrestrained” Technology
The technological production seems to be the most essential feature of the
present. In contrast to the traditional obligation of human force of production
to (platonic) idea that ensured to conclude the making of a product and to open
up the dimension of reality and possibility, the modern production is uncon-
trolled. It is obliged only to itself. This obligation to itself reveals the infinite
but only iterative nature of the modern technical force. In this indifferent and
self-sufficient identity we recognize an oppressive part of the Promethean
character of modern technology, i.e. the dimension of the titanic.
In examination of the metaphysical pattern of hyle and morphe and in dialogue
with Eugen Fink, the article discusses the ontological and existential condition
of such an ‚uncontrolled’ productivity.
Key words: technical force, productivity, mythology, Fink, phenomenology

Janko M. Lozar: Nietzsche in vekovito vra~anje enakega
mogrede navr`enimi referencami in bistveneje s Heideggerjevim izpostav-
Nietzschejeva filozofija dose`e svoj nenadkriljivi vrh in brezno globine v delu
Janko M. Lozar: Nietzsche and the Eternal Recurrence of the
Same
It is small wonder that Nietzsche was a serious addressee of Heidegger’s phi-
losophy. If the earlier works attest to a relatively implicit presence of Nietzsche,
primarily through scarsce references and, more importantly, through Heideg-
ger’s emphasis on the deinotative character of being, the latter works tackle
Nietzsche and his nihilism with greater philosophical rigour. It is here that we
find fully elaborated Heidegger’s critical thought of the will to power as the
oblivion of being.
Without a shadow of doubt, the highest peak and the fathomless depth of
Nietzsche’s philosophy is his work Thus Spoke Zarathustra. The later works
are thus deemed a further explication of one and the same topic, i.e. the ground-
less thought of the eternal recurrence of the same. Of course, our path of
understanding Nietzsche’s philosophy is just one among many. And the direc-
