September and October were very busy months at CBT (besides all the holidays!) with a variety of activities for all. We enjoyed outdoor activities (hike on Sourland Mountain; picnic/fun day in the park), adult education (the Rabbi's series on spirituality; lunch and learn at Sapthagiri Indian restaurant), special speakers (over 250 people for Rabbi Ken Spiro; over 350 for Kasim Hafeez) and even a trip to the National Museum of American Jewish History in Philadelphia.
Looking ahead to November, we have even more wonderful programs planned. On Wednesday, November 12 th , we will be joined by another fabulous guest speaker: Itamar Marcus (please see description else- where in this issue).
On Sunday, November 16 th , we will try something new at CBT: family board game night. Bring your family and your favorite board games, and let's have some fun!
Rabbi Wolkoff will continue his adult education series on Spirituality (Nov. 5
th , 12
th and 26
th ) as well as Study and Samosas (Lunch & Learn) at Sapthagiri (Nov. 5 th , 12 th , 19
th and 26
th ).
And looking ahead to December, we have a wonderful movie on Sun- day December 7 th : "Honor Diaries." As always, the most up-to-date details are available on the synagogue website, and we encourage you to check it for times and locations.
Also, we never want your participation in any event to be limited by your reluctance or inability to drive to get here. If you need a ride, please reach out to me (Danny Greenberg, greenbergdan@gmail.com , 732.640.5086) and I will do my best to get a fellow congregant to pick you up.
