Chapter 1 . EDUCATION OF ETHICS IN CHILDREN ON THE BASIS OF NATIONAL FOLK GAMES.
1.1.Allomals about games.
The Uzbek national games have been loved and played by young and old alike, as well as women, for their versatility and versatility. Our ancestors taught their children to solve problems by raising them in the spirit of not being afraid of difficulties.
Relying on the skills they have accumulated over the years, they have guided their children in the use of physical education and mental games. After hard work, people gathered together, engaged in various national games, rested. These games lifted their spirits, refreshed them and gave them strength. All the villages tried to cheer themselves up by playing games that were especially appropriate for the spring and fall seasons. These games were held solemnly at harvest festivals, festivals and weddings. The strongest and most courageous participants were awarded and received prizes. This has paved the way for the development of Uzbek physical education games.
President Sh. Mirziyayev attached great importance to the upbringing of the younger generation . "Educating the younger generation is the most important task for us" Therefore , the pedagogical society of Uzbekistan today seeks the usual forms and methods of education, the formation of strong universal beliefs and views in the younger generation; we must pay attention to cultivating in the individual a sense of respect for and respect for national culture and national values.
Based on the above considerations, the experience of folk pedagogy in the educational system of the younger generation, including national folk games, can be considered as a tool to guide the character and consciousness of young people, the main force. specific features should be taken into account:

  1. The child is interested in the activities of people , their attitude to objects and their interaction.

  2. In folk games, children reflect the most outwardly expressive emotional aspects of the surrounding reality.

  3. In national games, a child puts his or her desire into practice, feeling that he or she lives in the same conditions, on the same ground, as an adult.

  4. Although access to adult life and activities is seen as a symbol of the child’s imagination, it generally leaves an indelible mark on his or her true personal life.

In conclusion, when using national folk games, it should be borne in mind that children of this age are more prone to broad, strong movements than to small movements that require precision. This was noted by the great pedagogue YA Comenius, who developed the youth of children. In general, children at this age are very active. Mobility, on the other hand, requires special, rational organization, and the correctness of the behavioral patterns that move inaydi.
The Uzbek national games are loved and played by young people, especially schoolchildren. Such games are played not only in physical education classes, but also during leisure time in the courtyards and gardens, parks. The material described for general developmental and specific exercises designed to develop important qualities is given in a more playful way, but the exercises are performed continuously in small doses with short pauses for explanation and active rest. After play exercises, relaxation, slow-walking exercises, or attention-building exercises should be given.
Strengthening the health of the people is one of the main tasks of physical culture in Uzbekistan. During the period of independence, the attention to sports and physical education, in particular, is growing day by day. To inculcate physical culture and sports in the life of our people in the face of physical education; There are great tasks in educating young people in the spirit of independence, the widespread use of all forms of physical education and sports, including folk traditions, improving people's health , preparing them for the defense of the Motherland, and so on. The national games of our people are one of the important physical and sports means widely used for this purpose. Therefore, the need to pay more attention to the national movement of the people is even more obvious.
Focusing on values
It is possible to preserve many elements of the culture of the peoples of the East and use them in practice. Traditional national games and national competitions for our ancient indigenous peoples have long been an integral part of their lives, they have served as an independent sphere in folk ceremonies, rituals and traditions. physical culture, has a strong place in the image and has been operating as an independent field. With the help of such means of physical culture, our ancestors formed in the rising generation such qualities as agility, dexterity, strength and endurance. The hardships of life to the hardships of naturerelatively resilient , energetically nurtured.
Both the people and the society are interested in the physical health of the younger generation and their growth in a way that protects the Motherland. To do this, students will need to be deeply involved in physical culture, mastering the skills of using various national games. This is connected with such important tasks as further strengthening the education of the younger generation, educating them in the spirit of feeling their duty to their people, the state of an independent state.
From the first day of school, children have the opportunity to develop a love of work , diligence , to complete the work they started, the qualities of stability. Along with all modern means of physical culture, the Uzbek national games are very useful, because these games can cover all aspects of physical , mental and spiritual upbringing of children. After all, the preparation of young people, who are the future of the nation, as healthy, mature and perfect people, will serve to strengthen the future of our independent Uzbekistan.
We have mentioned above that national folk games and national sports have changed significantly in the course of historical development, and that each economic system has left its own mark on their content and rules. The names and rules of some games have been preserved for now. When using such games, it is necessary to take into account the fact that in addition to the physical impact on children, they also have an educational effect, and their creative use should be targeted.
For example, the game "Capricorn" is an ancient game of kupkari, which is usually played on horseback, where riders fight for a real kid. The children's game "Capricorn" is held without horses, players fight to get a stuffed ball with a piece of goat skin. Some aspects of the rules of the game are similar to those of adults. This game, which cultivates speed, agility and strength, also has a great educational value, with great emphasis on mutual respect, sincere attitude, not to be rude.
Folk national movement games play an important role in the development of children's physical qualities. Because games increase the interest of students, give them pleasure, provide faster recovery of work skills. Because of the games, children forget about fatigue and try to do the exercises carefully.
