Introduction
In a present day to think of our life without internet and social media are totally incredible.
Today people are used to check their personal e-mail and accounts from internet and from wide
range distributed social media and listen to the radio and watch TV programs every day, read and
share news, information and content, including writing, video, audio, and photos. When analyzing
the internets and social media effect on the global system, it is important to remember that all this
new technological tools are designed to carry the necessary and valuable information and make us
easily communicate with our counterparts, groups, nations and states or help us to spread any data
in a quick and fastest way to other end of the globe. The effect of this instant information can be as
powerful as the ability to reach a worldwide audience. The widespread dissemination of the
Internet, mobile communication, digital media and a variety of social software tools throughout the
world has transformed the communication system into interactive horizontal networks that connect
the local and global systems. New forms of social media, such as SMS, blogs, social networking
sites, podcasts and wikis provide the flow of messages from one receiver to other [1].
Information which we are receiving every day from the social media and internet, sometimes
can be more vital to make a decision, sometimes can be even more dangerous and become
influence, propaganda and deception tool for states. The evolution of social media has changed the
information space around conflict. People affected by conflict increasingly have the tools to record
and share their experiences with the world and to be a part of the media through the use of a
cellphone camera and internet access. And this kind of transformation can be the threat to the entire
world and can represent either a risk or an opportunity for national security and can manipulate the
perceptions of the military concept and capabilities.
