Jabrayil Dovletzade was born on September 11, 2001 in the city of Sumgait in 
the family of Maleyka and Devlet Dovletzade. He was originally from the town 
of Korat. He was single. 
Military service 
Since October 2019, Jabrayil Dovlatzade has been in full-term active military 
service in the military unit "N" located in the Jalilabad district in the ranks of 
the Border Troops. 
Participation in the Second Karabakh War 
Jabrayil Dovlatzade, a soldier of the Azerbaijan Army, fought in the Murovdag 
direction during the Patriotic War, which was launched by the Azerbaijan 
Armed Forces on September 27, 2020, to liberate the territories occupied by 
Armenia and restore the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. Jabrayil Dovletzade 
was martyred on September 28 in the territory of Kalbajar region during 
Murovdag battles. He was buried in II Martyrs' Alley.According to the Decree 
of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated 15.12.2020, Jabrayil 
Dovletzade was posthumously awarded the "For the Fatherland" medal for 
participating in military operations for the restoration of the territorial integrity 
of Azerbaijan and honorably fulfilling his duties during the execution of the 
tasks assigned to the military unit.According to the Decree of the President of 
Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated 15.12.2020, Jabrayil Devlatzade was 
posthumously awarded the Order of the "Flag of Azerbaijan" for his leadership 
in the destruction of the enemy's manpower, who was the leader of combat

operations during the restoration of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, and 
who fulfilled his duty with dignity and integrity. was awarded.According to the 
Decree of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated 24.06.2021, Jabrayil 
Dovletzade was posthumously awarded the medal "For the Liberation of 
Kalbajar" for participating in military operations for the liberation of Kalbajar 
region of Azerbaijan from occupation.
