Pupils: Good morning our dear teacher.
T: How are you?
P: We are fine, thank you, and you?
T: I am fine too, well, my darlings what season is it now?
P: It is spring
T: Who can tell me what is the weather like today?
P: The weather is nice.
T: Who is on duty today?
P: I am on duty today?
T: Who is absent today?
P: All are present.
T: What date is it today?
P: Today is the 14th of February.
T: What day is it today?
P: Today is Friday.
T: Good for you! Take your seat.

Warm-ups:
T: Pupils, according to the resolution of the President everybody should learn the English language; well by singing an English song we prove learning English.

T: What was you homework?
P: To learn by heart new words and prepare for the listening comprehension.
Listening comprehension
Hello. I am Sarah. I sometimes watch TV. I like watching ________ and ________ programmes. They are interesting. I like ______ too. They are fun. I don’t like _______ films. My favourite programme is _____________ Parade.
Hi. I am Scott. I often watch TV. I like watching TV. My favourite programme is _______. I like ___________ films and ________ too. I don’t like ____________ programmes. They are boring.
T: Well done!
T: Now look at the monitor and listen to the students’ idea and find what topic do we have for today?
P : TV
T: Well, think deeply
P: Watching TV-is it good?
T: Yeah, brilliant
(Teacher explain the topic)
T: And now we are going to do the next exercise, open your books on page 57 and look at the exercise number 1. Copy out the text and translate them into Uzbek
(Three groups will work on this exercise; two of them check the translation by oral and one of them by writing on the blackboard)
T: Perfect, and now we have listening activity, you will listen to a dialogue and fill missing words.
Listening comprehension
Interviewer: Aziz, do you like watching TV?
Aziz: Well, I watch TV or video when _________ is bad and I have nothing else to do.
Interviewer: What ___________ do you like best?
Aziz: _________, cartoons, __________-they are exciting –and ________ programmes. They are fun.

Interviewer: Okay, thank you.
T: Dear pupils you should make up a short dialogue according to that dialogue on this exercise.
(Two members of each group will make it and do it orally)
T : Good job all of you are perfect. Listen to me carefully, now you should make up presentations and present them.
