EXTENDED SUMMARY
Although the work consists of three chapters based on the author's transmission, it can be said
that it essentially consists of four main titles: Phonetics (Part I), Word Presence (Lexicology)
(Part II), Texts (Part III) and Dictionary. Said work, national anthem of Azerbaijan Republic

In general, it can be said that in the "Phonetics" and "Lexicology" sections, sample question types
can be included after the lectures, so that the reader can use the information he has just learned
to work and identify the points he cannot grasp about the subject. Following these and similar
initiatives that will contribute to their own learning process, the final subtitle of the exam
questions at the end of the aforementioned chapters is thought to be in the form of traditional
questions and only address the knowledge and comprehension level in the cognitive field. In this
work, which is intended to be presented to students and interested parties, it can be suggested
to address the higher level cognitive steps of the language learning process by including the
questions such as gap-filling, matching, true-false, multiple choice in line with the constructivist
model for vocabulary teaching after the subject transfer of Azerbaijani Turkish. Also trace the
