EXTENDED SUMMARY 
 
Although the work consists of three chapters based on the author's transmission, it can be said 
that  it  essentially  consists  of  four  main  titles:  Phonetics  (Part  I),  Word  Presence  (Lexicology) 
(Part  II),  Texts  (Part  III)  and  Dictionary.  Said  work,  national  anthem  of  Azerbaijan  Republic 
begins  with  a  preface  and  Turkey  continues  with  pen  taken  with  Turkish.  The  grammar  of 
Turkish and Azerbaijan that Azerbaijan prepared for the first time in Turkey with the Turkish 
transfer  academics  writes,  "The  Front"  section  in  the  book  and  gave  place  to  the  purpose  of 
preparation  of  assumptions.  Gulusoy,  a  work  penned  by  generally  operating  at  various 
universities  in  Turkey  Modern  Turkish  Languages  and  Literatures  continue  education  section 
for  students  who,  in  private  Kafkas  University  Faculty  of  Arts  Modern  Turkish  Languages  and 
Literature Department of the Azerbaijani Turkish and Literature Department of undergraduate 
and  graduate  education  -  He  conveyed  that  it  was  prepared  as  a  resource  for  students  who 
continue their education. In addition, it is among the other purposes that the Azerbaijani Turkish 
lessons given within the related departments are more efficient and to provide resources in the 
mother language to those concerned (who want to learn Azerbaijani Turkish). The author, with 
the work named Grammar II for Azerbaijani Turkish, which is thought to be a continuation of the 
work, also stated that he would talk about morphology and syntax rules. 
 
Following the foreword in Turkey Turkish, the work continued with the "Phonetics" section. The 
part on pages 1 to 27 of the source book; It consists of twenty-four (24) second-level, ten (10) 
third-level  and  two  (2) fourth-level  subtitles.  The  next  part  of  the work  is  called  "Lexicology". 
Source work 28-53. There are twenty (20) second level, five (5) third level and one (1) fourth 
level subtitles. In the section that starts with the definition of the relevant discipline, the types of 
vocabulary, the lexical meanings of words and words are given, along with examples; The literal 
and  figurative  meanings  of  the  word  are  discussed,  and  the  existence  of  semantic  words 
consisting of real and nouns, adjectives and verbs is also mentioned. Another main part of the 
work is devoted to reading passages. In the related work containing fifty (50) reading texts, the 
said section is 54-163. placed between pages. There are reading passages in the related section 
consisting of text types such as poetry, fairy tale, story, proverbs, and bayati. 
 
There  are also  dictionary and  bibliography  sections  within  the work.  Dictionary  (p.  164)  with 
Azerbaijan Turkish Turkey on a page for the Turkish forty-nine (49) from said set of words and 
has been observed to occur. It is remarkable that the words and word groups in the dictionary 
consist of words for the titles in the "Table of Contents" section of the study material.

In general, it can be said that in the "Phonetics" and "Lexicology" sections, sample question types 
can be included after the lectures, so that the reader can use the information he has just learned 
to work and identify the points he cannot grasp about the subject. Following these and similar 
initiatives  that  will  contribute  to  their  own  learning  process,  the  final  subtitle  of  the  exam 
questions at the end of the aforementioned chapters is thought to be in the form of traditional 
questions and only address the knowledge and comprehension level in the cognitive field. In this 
work, which is intended to be presented to students and interested parties, it can be suggested 
to  address  the  higher  level  cognitive  steps  of  the  language  learning  process  by  including  the 
questions such as gap-filling, matching, true-false, multiple choice in line with the constructivist 
model  for  vocabulary teaching after  the subject transfer of Azerbaijani Turkish. Also trace the 
source located at the end facing bilingual dictionary of words contained in Turkey Turkish were 
also found to be used in an active form. For example alphabet, letters, test, vocabulary, origin, 
logic,  sample  lines,  sprinklers,  the  spelling  of  words  such  as  analysis  and  nuances  of 
pronunciation,  though  Azerbaijan  Turkish  to  interest  in  Turkey  Turkish  speakers  are  not 
expected  to  create  much  difficulty  in  sense  of  transfer-text  for  individuals.  Azerbaijan  and 
Turkish in terms of academics, writers, especially linguistics terms known that Turkey should be 
different  in  Turkish  and  /  or  reading  texts  in  Turkish  of  Turkey  to  the  intended  word  is  not 
easily understood by speakers advisable to give more. As a result, Gulusoy, who stated that he 
used  the  course  materials  used  in  the  Contemporary  Azerbaijani  Language  and  Turcology 
departments of the universities operating within the borders of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the 
preparation  of  the  work,  is  thought  to  convey  the  grammar  of  Azerbaijani  Turkish  in  all
