Methods
The development curves are built to systematize the actual data obtained for the purpose of 
fundamental analysis of the development of the Bibieibat field (fig.2). 
The rate of development of the horizon "XIV suite" due to the drilling of new wells in subsequent 
years slightly increased and amounted to more than or equal to 2%. However, since 1956 it has 
remained below 2% until today. Thus, the period from 1942 to 1956 can be distinguished as the 
fifth stage of development [4]. 
"XIV S a" from 1942 to 1949 and "XV S a" from 1956 to the present are characterized by "IV b" 
stages of development. According to the data of 1942, the number of wells is 55, the annual oil 
production is 103 thousand tons, the total production of liquid is 659 thousand tons. In 1948, the 
number of wells began to increase, reaching 56, and since 1957 their number over the years, it 
decreased again and in 1969 reached 54. At present, only ten wells are producing from this 
horizon. The compaction of the well pattern had little effect on the production rate, causing it to 
increase above 2% in certain periods of development. Between 1942 and 1948, annual oil 
production dropped from 103,000 tons to 95,000 tons. Due to the drilling of new wells in 1949, 
oil production increased to 127 thousand tons. At present, the total volume is 3 thousand tons (fig. 
2.).

Reservoir pressure dropped sharply compared to the initial periods and decreased from 12.9 MPa 
to 2.9 MPa. One of the main reasons for this is the impossibility of pumping water into the 
reservoir.
