The  Clan  Gathering    follows  the  Bannockburn  Homecoming  being  held  on  the  previous  weekend         

28,  29th  June  2014.    Make  sure  you  visit  the  Clan  tent  and  show  the  other  Clans  how  lively  we      

MacLennan’s can be!

The spirit of our MacLennan Clan 

 

Of scattered lands afar, 

 

Have heard the call of Scotia now, 

 

To rally as in days gone past and meet in old Inverness town, 

 

There to support our Chief and make a bond 

 

And show our spirit is not lost with links unbending ever, 

 

Make the choice to come on o’er 

 

And to join with others of like mind, 

 

To celebrate our Chief and Clan and give a cheer resounding, 

 

With drams all round, warmth and good will, 

 

This homecoming Gathering will be outstanding.

JOIN THE FUN AT BUNDANOON, NSW 2014 

 

Please join us in the Parade this year at Bundanoon.  

 

Our Clan will be marching in the Parade this year “Brigadoon” at Bundanoon 

on 5  April. The whole day should be heaps of fun – there is a lot to do and 

see.  Over  10,000  people  from  all  over  Australia  attend  each  year.  There  is

The  event  goes  ahead  rain  or 

shine. 

 

The Parade 

itself starts at 9.30am, however, it would be 

best to arrive by 

8.30am. We will assemble at the Clan tent in the Clans area, then make our way to the Parade start area 

about 9.00am.   

 

Ideally, you will find a kilt or MacLennan tartan sash/scarf to wear for the Parade –  there will be an      

inspection at the end!
