It is ordered that:
1. The Respondent is placed under provisional winding-up in the hands of the Master of the High Court;
2. A rule nisi to issue calling upon the Respondent, and all other interested parties, to appear and show cause, if any, on 
MONDAY the 16th of APRIL 2018, why a final winding-up order should not be granted, and why the costs of this application 
should not be costs in the administration of the winding-up of the Respondent, on the attorney and client scale;
3. Service of this order shall be effected:
3.1 On the Respondents at its registered office and principal place of business;
3.2 By one publication in each of the Cape Times newspaper and The Government Gazette;
3.3 Upon the Master of the High Court;
3.4 Upon the South African Revenue Service;
3.5 Upon the Respondent’s employees. if any, at the Respondent’s principal place of business by attaching same to a 
prominent place on a notice board;
3.6 Upon registered trade unions that may represent the employees of the Respondent.
4. The Registrar of this court shall transmit a copy of this order to the Sheriff of the province in which the registered office of 
the Respondent is situated and to the Sheriff of every province in which it appears that the Respondents owns business.
5. The Sheriff shall attach all property which appears to belong to the Respondent and transmit to the Master of this Court 
an inventory of all property attached by him or her in terms of section 19 of the Insolvency Act 24 of 1936.

04 December 2014, under section 24(5) and 44, of the National Environmental Management Act (Act No. 107 of 1998), as 
amended, Johannesburg Roads Agency proposes the construction of storm water system in Zandspruit as well as installation of 
one discharge point.  An Environmental Authorisation and Water Use License should be obtained from the relevant authorities 
before activities commence. The relevant listings are as follows:
National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998): 
· Listing Notice 1, Activity 19 - The infilling or depositing of any material of more than 5 cubic metres into, or the dredging,
