THAT:
1. The applicants be and are hereby granted leave to change the matrimonial property regime which applies to their 
marriage from one in community of property to one out of community of property by the execution and registration of a notarial 
contract in the terms set out in the draft notarial contract annexed to the First Applicant’s affidavit and marked annexure “AJM2”.
2. The change in the said matrimonial property regime shall be effective from the date of registration of the aforesaid notarial 
contract.
3. The change in the said matrimonial property regime shall not prejudice the rights of creditors whose claims arose before 
the registration of the aforesaid notarial contract, whether their claim lies against either of the applicants of their joint estate.
4. This Order will lapse if the notarial contract is not registered by the Registrar of Deeds within two (2) months of the
