Past simple / continues – o’tgan oddiy va davomli
Present perfect / present perfect continuous / present continues – hozirgi davomli va tugallangan.
1-holatda bizga beriladigan shikoyat xatida ya’ni past simple zamoni ishlatiladigan xatlarda vaziyat yoki sodir bo’lgan voqea o’tmishda bo’ladi shu sababli biz o’tgan zamonni ishlatishimiz lozim.

Yuqoridagi mavzuda sizga ko’rsatilgan sifatsiz xizmat o’tgan haftada bo’lgan va shuning uchun siz ushbu vaziyatni tasvirlash uchun past simple zamonidan foydalanishingiz kerak.
