Dear: Manager
I’m writing this letter in order to show my deep dissatisfaction with the poor service I got in your hotel.
I’m Nazirov Zaynobiddin a tourist agency manager who travels different tourist destinations on my work. Last Monday I booked a luxurious room for a day. However when I arrived at, everything seemed to be well organized. All happened with the servant came over for my lunch. He was a bit rude and bad-tempered. The worst of all the heating system. As it is winter in Canada, the rooms should be well-heated, but I felt terribly cold tonight and although I protested against the freezing rooms the worker of duty but he just only promised but I didn’t see any actions. I couldn’t stand feeling cold and I nearly stayed awake till morning.
