I’m writing this letter in order to ask some information about the course I found out by newspaper advertisement.
My name is Nazirov Zaynobiddin and I’m a graduating student of Economy college and this is my final year at collage. As I’m going to continue my bachelor’s degree in Tashkent State Financial Institute, I need to learn english and math for my entrance exams. A couple of days ago, I saw an advertisement about the English course will be held in the following semester. Undoubtedly there are a number of English courses in language centers in this city but for me the course in your institute is comfortable for some reasons. For example; the most important one is the teachers. As it is written on the newspaper. I think I can learn more effectively by the help of these native teachers.
However, I couldn’t find any information about the tuition fee for the course and the exact venue in the institute.
I would be very grateful if you could provide me with those important details. Because I should clarify whether I can attend or not regarding to the payment amount.

Demak eng avvalo kirish qismiga qaraylik. Institute raxbari kim ekanligi aytilmagan shu sababli Dear: Sir / Madam deb murojaat qildik.
Sababga kelsak: bu xatni yozishdan asosiy maqsad bu ayrim ma’lumotlarni so’rash va o’zini tanishtirish. Shu bilan birga ushbu kursga nega qiziqib qolganimizni ham tushintirishimiz kerak edi. Shu sababli birin-ketin shu ma’lumotlarni yozdik.
Va albatta xatimiz oxirida esa o’z talabimizni (I would be very grateful if you could provide me with those important details. Because I should clarify whether I can attend or not regarding to the payment amount.) qo’ydik.
