I’m writing this letter to complain about the problems related to the air-conditioner you sent me for my booking last week. My name is Zaynobiddin and I’m your new customer.
The problem is the generator which should work in a low current of electricity as you said. Therefore, I ordered it. I thought it could enable me to heat my home, but in fact, It couldn’t. It has stopped working from time to time as the current is not high enough. As a result, we have been getting cold every now and then. However, it’s not only the problem I’ve been facing. When it is working, it is making a terrible noise which causes us to stay awake at night, but the shop assessment said it wouldn’t make loud music.
