Data  language:  A  data  language  is  not  a  programming 

language, per se, but rather a human-readable way to textually 

express  data.  XML,  for  instance,  is  a  standard  syntax  for 

expressing hierarchical data of all kinds. 

Graphical language: A language in which the code is expressed 

graphically, either whole or in part, instead of textually. Some

graphically,  but  graphically  expressing  code  of  a  general-

purpose language is probably just a bad idea. 

Programming  languages  are  languages  that  are  not  compiled, 

more  like  interpreted  at  run-time.  It  is  like  a  file  containing 

instructions for a computer to follow to carry out a task. If you 

were to feature in a movie, you will definitely be given a script 

to  read,  memorize  and  follow.  Hence  the  program  becomes 

your guide to perform your roles in that movie. It is as simple 

as that. Example of programming languages are Javascript, VB 

script, Perl, Python, php, She’ll script, etc. 

  

PROGRAMMING IS THE NEW ART

      In a culture where the dominant form of communication is 

logical and verbal, art explores the power of visual imagery for 

personal  and  public  communication.  The  Art  Programming 

provides people with  the means  to pursue this imagery with  a 

foundation in visual studies. Following five levels are depicted 

as  a  pyramid,  on  which  programming  left  indelible  mark.The 

first  level  is  “Pictures”.Nowadays huge amount of projects  in 

drawing  are  related  with  programing.  For  easy  work,  it  was

invented  special  device  -  graphical  tablet.  Many  perfect 

pictures  were  drawn  on  it  and  even  more  will  be  drawn.  One 

tablet  and  a  computer,  that’s  everything  what  you  need  to 

create  new  unforgetable  picture.  Artist  gets  unlimited  palitra 

that  couldn’t  be  founded  in  simple  drawing  layers.  It  allows 

working  with  complete  comfort.  The  only  what  need  is  skill 

and  creativity.  Nowadays’  cartoons  are  drawn  by  this 

device.The second level of art on which a permanent effect of 

programming  also  left  is  “Music”.There  are  specialized 

devices, which help us to record sounds, music and voices, and 

make  them  better.  Today  you  can  hardly  find  popular  track, 

which was not made with help of computer. In addition, there 

is  special  device  Launchpad  on  which  people  create  all  kinds 

of music. The “dubstep” music was made on this device that is 

widely spread today. The next level of pyramid is “Films”. In 

fact,  they  were  just  presenting    pictures  even  without  any 

sound.  Nowadays,  films  represent  universe,  which  was  early 

hard to  imagine. Special effects  which we can observe on the 

displays are available only by the programming. A lot of work 

was  done  to  get  this  result.  The  most  of  decorations  and 

sometimes  even  the  heroes  of  our  favorite  movies  are  special 

effects.  The  fourth  step  of  pyramid  is  “Sculpture».  The 

sculpturing was attached by programming not so long ago. 3D 

printers  became  the  representation  of  3D  modeling.  In  the 

beginning,  it  was  only  creating  of  tiny  figures,  after  a  little 

time  they  grew  up.  It  is  better  than  you  can  imagine,  and 

certainly, is worth  seeing  and observing it. In my opinion the 

highest level is “Games”. The games created nowadays are art, 

because games became the real art. The game is a combination 

of previous four levels. Nowadays, game is a great picture with 

great plot. The stories and ambitions, which are imported in the 

games  give  chances  to  players  to  immerse  themselves  in  the 

games world. At present, video games became universal and to 

get it fully you have to play and enjoy them.

THE BIGGEST PROBLEMS OF HUMANITY IN

Among the problems of humanity in 21st century we can 

see  15  global  challenges:  1.  climate  change;  2.  clean  water 

problem; 3. population; 4. democratization; 5. health problems; 

6.  education  problem;  7.  peace  and  conflict;  8.  status  of 

women; 9. Energy and others 

1. Population grows very fast in the developing countries. 

Ageing,  depopulation  result  from  demographic  crisis  in 

industrialized  country.  The  demographic  boom  makes  global 

problems,  for  example:  ethnic  problems,  immigration, 

migration,  food  problems,  urbanization,  unemployment.  The 

world population is 7.3 billion and let’s see the countries with 

the  most  populations:  1st  China  1.4  billion|2nd  India  1.3 

billion|3rd  USA  323million|4th  Indonesia  256mln|5th  Brazil 

204  mln.  What  is  the  biggest  demographic  trends?  In 

industrialized cities older people are more than children, but in 

developing countries the number of children is increasing. The 

most  populous  country  is  China,  however,  in  2025  it  will  be 

India and then African countries.  They are usually considered 

as  the followings: 

1.  health  problems;  2.  risks  from  artificial  intelligence;  3. 

factory farming; 4. biosecurity; 5. nuclear security; 6. climate; 

7. change smoking and 8. pesticides risks. 

 What  is  our  most  common  health  issues?  -  physical 

activity;  overweight;  tobacco;  AIDS;  immunization;  access  to 

health care and etc. 

The ways of taking care of the health: don’t smoke; don’t 

drink alcohol, or take drugs; keep your weight in a
